Acceptance
Access to https://monacops.com and MONACOPS ONE implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Content is general information about MONACOPS. It is not professional, legal or financial advice. Technical descriptions are educational.
MONACOPS ONE
The assistant may read, summarise and prepare replies. In Assistant mode, no Gmail mutation. In Copilot mode, a send requires explicit approval. In Autopilot mode, only explicitly enabled categories run, and high-risk actions stay blocked. A received email can never change these rules.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for spam, fraud, unauthorised access, or to bypass approval controls. MONACOPS may suspend an account in case of abuse.
No guarantees of outcome
Outcomes described are potential and depend on the business, data and governance. Illustrative estimates are not guarantees.
Intellectual property
The MONACOPS name, brand and website content belong to MONACOPS. Your content (messages, connected email) remains yours.
Governing law
